hello there, i’ve read think rich, pinoy and rich dad, poor dad but not that financially literate yet (though i’ve worked in the bank for over two years). like you, i’m also a nursing student but i had to stop this year.
anyway, i do plan to become financially independent but can’t find a mentor here in mindanao (i’m near iligan city, by the way). what do you know of renting a lot? a friend asked me this afternoon and she has 1.3 hectares of land in general santos. i already researched about it and what i found said to “Hook up with big business. For example, McDonald’s may want to rent your property to build a restaurant. Or, a company may put up a gas station for say, a 25-year lease. Usually, if you’re renting out an empty lot to a tenant to build a structure, you would have a long-term lease”. can i be the broker or something? i consider this as a great opportunity to learn( if not a financial break through bec i’m currently broke). i just came across your blog so i might as well take the risk of asking you. i’ve already e mailed beckie (what bo sanchez said to contact for question in his blog). but i’m desperate to learn.
